Nature’s Way Herbal Remedies was created to share Chinese herbal practice in a way that feels simple, grounded, and suitable for everyday life.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, our approach is not about quick fixes or wellness trends, but about gentle, consistent support — working with the body over time, in harmony with the seasons and natural rhythms.

The brand was founded by Qing Zhang, a qualified Chinese medicine practitioner and herbalist with over 25 years of clinical experience in the UK.

Qing trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai in 1995, gaining hospital-based experience in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and traditional therapies. After moving to the UK in 2001, she established Nature’s Way Therapy in Aberdeen, where she has supported patients for over two decades through acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and lifestyle guidance.

Nature’s Way Herbal Remedies grew directly from this long-standing clinical practice. Over many years, patients repeatedly returned to the same Chinese dried herbs — not for dramatic intervention, but for steady, everyday support. This online shop was created to make those trusted herbs more widely available, while preserving their traditional context, quality, and integrity.

All products are carefully selected and sourced in line with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. We focus on Chinese dried herbs, herbal teas, and simple preparations that can be gently incorporated into daily routines — supporting balance, warmth, and resilience rather than targeting isolated symptoms.
