We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.



✅ Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the original packaging

  • Unopened and unused

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at hello@natureswayherbal.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.



❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used herbal remedies, teas, powders, or dried herbs

  • Items returned without prior approval

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.



📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@natureswayherbal.com within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.



🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product as outlined above and place a new order.



🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Standard return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty.



💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
