How to take

For best results:

Use a pan, add 6-9 cups of water and let the herbs soak for 20 minutes. Bring the herbs to boil for 45 mins - 1 hour and then simmer for 20 minutes.

Use 3 tbsp in a cup and add hot water.

Add honey for a sweeter taste.

The herbs will last for 4/5 days, leave the herbs in the liquid until finished.
